Been doing this myself for the last year or so. It is challenging in various ways, but I've never been happier and feeling more aligned.

Feel free to ignore, but two suggestions:

- Title: as you know, the title is hugely important. While I like the clever title, I'm not sure if most potential readers would appreciate it. Your subtitle is what got me actually. What about, "Downstream Effort; Achieving More By Doing Less" as a single title. A harsh lesson I have learned :(

- A few bloggers have told me to try to keep my paragraphs to 4 lines max. It is less "intimating" to the reader and makes them feel like they are making progress.

Plus, it creates this mini cliffhangers within your post.

I did like your approach with the old versus reframe. Great way to summarize your point.
