Hi Paul! I'd be open to having an open conversation on the topic here if you are. Hopefully we can communicate with one another without calling each other names (ie. "quacks", etc). If you can explain where I went wrong and what I shared is dangerous I'm happy to remove it or update my information.
If you choose to engage (no pressure) please include valid sources for me to consider.
I cited experts with patients and focused on my own experience. This isn't "zero evidence." While there isn't clinic data yet (as stated in my post) shouldn't we discuss potential solutions that we have found in hopes of potentially helping others (as I discovered for myself)? Science is often catching up with practices of individuals and groups.
Obviously this should be done mindfully, so if I shared something truly dangerous, please clarify and I'd be happy to review it as soon as I can.
Thank you!
